Returns & Exchanges

At MUK LUKS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cozy purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returned products must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing the request.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn MUK LUKS products in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
