MUK LUKS usually come in whole sizes. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, especially in our cozy boots and slippers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags are attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
How should I clean my MUK LUKS?
Most of our knit products should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and cold water. For machine-washable items, use a gentle cycle and always lay flat to dry to maintain shape.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to our global fans in the future.
